What went wrong with the previous visual identity?

Leaf and Loaf started with a temporary logo and it was not long before they realised, they needed a refresh. The media landscape had changed and they needed to address how the brand communicates on all digital platforms. The aim: to reflect their true essence, creating a contemporary look and feel suitable for application across a wide range of printed and digital media.

How did
we solve it?

The new Leaf & Loaf logo was designed to reflect the brand’s modern approach towards gardening and baking. Taking creative inspiration from the aesthetic of its smart products, Blaze designers infused the aesthetics of its product line into the design.

We also introduced a fresh and diverse colour palette and integrated the
personalities of the products to create a more visible link between the product and person.

The new log reflects the contemporary, forward-thinking attitude of Leaf & Loaf, contributing to an innovative, dynamic identity and reflecting its reputation. They now have a more consistent brand that works across any type of media from print to digital.
